What are your booking, payment & refund policies?
Booking Policy:
Please provide service date, time, services required (bridal makeover, corporate makeover etc) and enquiry via WhatsApp or through the ‘Contact Me’ button at the top of the website.
Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit will be collected to confirm the booking hence allowing you to secure a time slot. Once the deposit is received, I will issue an invoice. The remaining 50% balance and other charges if applicable (surcharge, overtime etc) will be collected upon completion of makeup services.
Refund Policy:
Deposit is non-refundable because I have reserved my schedule and turned away other opportunities. I allow a one time change of service date (within 1 year from the original date) in the case of any unforeseen circumstances on your end, but such changes are subjected to my availability. In the event of my unavailability, paid deposit will be converted as credit for other services (personal makeover lesson, portrait /family photoshoot etc).
What, when & where is the bridal trial session?
The bridal trial session is to ensure both parties have a mutual understanding toward the desired makeup & hairstyling look. To ensure a more productive session, please prepare your gown photos, makeup and hairdo preferences, wedding theme/itinerary information, and other concerns if any.
When:
It will be arranged about one month before the wedding date, as the skin condition and hair length is closer to it.
Where:
It will be held at my home studio on weekdays only.
Can I do eyelash extensions?
No objection if the client prefers to have eyelash extensions as she used to. Otherwise I will provide the necessities to complete the makeup look.
